Succeeded programming a key fob where the Chevy Dealer failed. Seriously! The DEALER was unable to program my new key fobs purchased on Amazon, but this very helpful man at this Batteries Plus was successful. I was quoted prices all over the Valley from $40 - $300. He graciously did it for the lower end of that range. I am SUPER GRATEFUL! A+++

All the staff/John/Peyton/Luis/Bob at this location were very easy to work and very knowledgeable. I needed my vehicle's battery re-registered after installing the new Batteries Plus Duracell auto battery and Bob was very helpful in getting this done for me on my vehicle.

This is Connie Parker (not Bette Hendrix, my mother). uBreakiFix (E Bell Rd/N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ) tech Chance was incompetent and would not replace my iPhone 8 Plus charging port, saying "my Batteries+ battery I recently had installed must have damaged my phone's mother board". Tech Susan at Batteries+ (E Bell Rd/N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ) ordered a new port and expertly replaced my charging port yesterday. My iPhone now has a perfect battery charge and the new port is working great! THANK YOU, SUSAN and Batteries+!!! Saved me from having to purchase a new iPhone at this time.
